1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bedbdt (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the bedbdt website located at https://bedbdt.im and all products, services, games, and features available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.2 Jurisdiction and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money features on the bedbdt Platform, you must create a single registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity.

bedbdt reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active bedbdt account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bedbdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bedbdt login credentials. 3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bedbdt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bedbdt does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are generally credited to your bedbdt wallet within minutes of a confirmed transaction. bedbdt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, network congestion, or scheduled maintenance on the payment provider's infrastructure.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our internal review procedures. bedbdt aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Before a withdrawal is approved, bedbdt may require identity verification, source-of-funds documentation, or confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bedbdt reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not satisfy our anti-money-laundering (AML) or know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.

3.4 Dormant and Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months. bedbdt reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law. Players will be notified via email before any dormancy fee is applied.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, bedbdt may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, bonus funds are not withdrawable. bedbdt reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bedbdt bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, or using automated tools — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bedbdt reserves the right to void any winnings derived from bonus abuse and to permanently close the accounts of any player found to have engaged in such conduct.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

bedbdt reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any wager at its sole discretion. All bets are accepted subject to the applicable game or market rules in force at the time the bet is placed. Bets placed after an event has commenced or after the declared closing time for a market may be voided.

5.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or manifest pricing error on the bedbdt Platform, any affected bets or game rounds may be voided at bedbdt's discretion. bedbdt will not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on erroneous odds, payouts, or game results caused by technical faults. Where such an error results in a payout to a player, bedbdt reserves the right to reclaim the overpaid amount.

5.3 Maximum Winnings

bedbdt may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event category. These limits will be displayed within the relevant product section. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be reduced to the stated cap, irrespective of the staked amount or odds achieved.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bedbdt Platform:

• Registering more than one account or providing false registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's systems or data;

9.3 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bedbdt's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your bedbdt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bedbdt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bedbdt Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bedbdt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
